In this article I want to share with you a healing technique that I find very effective for WOMB HEALING.

Most of my clients are women and time after time I have seen how we tend to store old stories, negative patterns, trauma and karmic imprints in the second chakra – the womb energy centre. We hold BOTH individual trauma and collective trauma.

As individuals we all have experienced painful events that left energetic imprints or trauma in our energy field, but we also hold the collective trauma that as women we still feel in our bodies from so much abuse, violence and injustice committed against us during thousands of years.

These imprints might manifest as negative experiences, limiting beliefs, negative patterns, toxic relationships and even physical symptoms.
Since we store many of these imprints in the womb energy centre, it is no surprise that we experience so many problems with our periods, our cycles, our hormones, sexual relationships and reproductive organs.

We live completely disconnected form our bodies, our natural cyclical nature, fighting our femininity instead of embracing it. If you want to know more about this topic and how to embrace your cycle to optimise your well-being and fulfillment you might want to have a look at this course!

The womb keeps the score, the womb doesn’t forget, and we can’t just ignore it!

(Note: If you don’t have a physical womb anymore, this article still applies to you! The energetic essence of the womb remains in your energy field, so actually if you had to get your womb removed, this healing technique will be super beneficial for you 🙂 )

One of the first thing I would suggest if you resonate with what I’m saying is to start communicating with your womb. Put your hands on your womb and just FEEL it. Listen to it. Ask if it needs anything. Just be an observer, without judgment or getting attached to anything that might come up.

In addition to this, you can use a healing technique that I have found very effective for womb healing – the Hawaian prayer Ho’oponopono.

It is very simple but extremely powerful, you just need to repeat the following mantra:





How to do it step by step:

1. Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed.

2. Lie down and place your hands on your womb. I feel the physical contact between my hands and my womb really helps the healing and I can even feel my hands heating up.

3. Start repeating the mantra ‘I’m sorry, forgive me, thank you, I love you’ again and again. You can set a timer for 5-10 minutes or do it for as long as you like it, whatever feels better for you. I find that when I do it in the morning I prefer to set a timer but when I do it before going to bed I just do it until I relax or it feels complete. Sometimes I even fall sleep while doing it!

4. Become aware of any sensations, emotions, thought or memories that might come up and allow the energy to move. Just be an observer. No judgement. No attachments. No trying to control what’s going on. Just let it happen. Let the process unfold spontaneously, with no expectations. You might find yourself saying sorry or thank you for something in particular. Memories might come to your awareness, pleasant or unpleasant. Just allow the energy shifts to happen.
